I guess the three-for-one price was the conflicting discount? Maybe possible to simply reduce all prices for the sale, and have a discount just for the shipping, maybe with a minimum order value applied to keep people from abusing the shipping thing with too low value? If they'd allow that kind of setup.
International shipping would definitely be the most attractive part of this though for sure. :) Rarely order things from the US for that reason, add in customs/tax and it's just suddenly waaay more than you expect it to be. I hear there are ways around that though, been thinking of trying something like https://www.myus.com/

It did, but it didn't work as i intended. Only one discount could be applied at a time, and storenvy just automatically chose the one that would save the most money. For international orders, that would definitely be shipping, lol. It's not cheap to ship anywhere outside of the states - even Canada and Mexico.
